The present petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the judgment as passed by this Court in CWP No. 14841 of 2025, dated 15.09.2025. 4. The case was listed in pre-lunch session and the learned counsel for the respondents has sought time to have current instructions in the matter. 5. In post lunch session, learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record office order dated 12.05.2026, whereby an order has been passed by the Managing Director, HRTC Shimla, holding that the petitioner fulfills all requisite criteria for grant of pensionery and other retiral benefits. The Finance and Pension Branch of the Corporation 1Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? has also been directed to do the needful in terms of release of such benefits to the petitioner, within seven days from today. 6.
