The petitioner is an accused in connection with Sisai P.S. Case No. 84 of 2025. It has been alleged that the informant was way-laid by the miscreants who took away his mobile as well as his vehicle. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been implicated on the confession of Punai Oraon. She further submits that the petitioner has not been identified in the T.I.P. and the recovery of the articles is based on the confession of Punai Oraon. She further submits that some of the co-accused persons have been granted bail by this court in B. A. Nos. 9644 of 2025 and 588 of 2026 and the petitioner is in custody since 09.09.2025. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the manner of implication of the petitioner and the fact that save and except the confessional statement of the co- accused, no other material has surfaced in course of investigation indicating the culpability of the petitioner, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Gumla in connection with Sisai P.S.
