1. Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:-
“10.1 That the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to decide the ALFIZA BAIG Digitally signed by ALFIZA BAIG Date: 2026.02.26 11:16:22 +0530
2 / 3 Petitioner’s representations dated 08.08.2016, 25.08.2016 and 29.09.2023, 08.02.2025 by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a stipulated time in accordance with law. 10.2 That the Hon’ble High court may kindly be pleased to further direct the respondents to reimburse the judicial expenses incurred by the Petitioner in Lokayukt Case No. 24/1999 in terms of Government Circular No. 889-1163-(iii)/60 dated 05.04.1961. 10.3 That the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to declare the respondent's inaction as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional. 10.4 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to award interest on delayed reimbursement. 10.5 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief deemed fit in the interest of justice.”

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner pursuant to the Circular No. 881163-(iii)/60 issued by State Government of Madhya Pradesh dated 05.04.1961 has submitted several representations for refund of his legal expenses incurred by him. Representations submitted are still pending consideration, therefore direction be issued to respondent authorities to consider and take decision on pending representations within a specified time frame.

Learned counsel for respondent -State submits that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner he is having no objection.
4. I have heard learned counsel for respective parties.
5. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for respective parties, without observing anything on the merits of the case, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage, directing respondent no. 3 to consider and take decision on pending
3 / 3 representations vide Annexure P-1 dated 08.02.2025, 29.09.2023, 25.08.2016 and 08.08.2016 in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of three months from the date of receipt of the Order.
