This bail application has been preferred by the petitioner namely, Abdul Jalil Borbhuiyan under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, with a prayer for pre-arrest bail, as he is apprehending arrest, in Page No.# 2/2 connection with Doboka P.S. Case No. 40/2026 registered under Sections 318(4)/ 336(3) /61(2) of BNS, 2023. 3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that after delimitation, the United English School is physically under Hojai District but in documents, it is shown to be functioning under Kathiatoli Block of Nagaon District. 4. It is also submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged. The petitioner had already applied for issuance of a new code under Hojai District and Annexure -3 is the application. 5. Pursuant to the interim protection, the petitioner has appeared before the I.O. and his statement has been recorded. 6. Having regard to the above, the prayer for bail is allowed. 7. Accordingly, the interim order dated 26.05.2026 is hereby made absolute, subject to the conditions as may be applicable as contained in the interim order itself. 8.
