Siva Ram, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this matter arose out of marital disputes between the petitioners and the 2nd respondent and the alleged offences under Sections 498-A, 406, 323 of the Indian Penal Code r/w. Section 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. She further submits that both parties are going to settle their dispute before the trial court and seeks permission to withdraw this present Criminal Petition and to that affect memo dated 19.08.2026 has also been filed. Recorded the contents of memo and satisfied the reasons mentioned in it. 2. In the result, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to both the parties to settle their dispute before the trial court. There shall be no order as to costs.
