Sundar, CJ) [1] Mr. Anjan Prasad Sahu, learned counsel on record for Miscellaneous Case (MC) applicants and Ms. R.K. Emily, learned State counsel led by Mr. S. Nepolean, learned Senior Advocate for both the respondents are before this Court. [2] Captioned MC has been filed with a prayer to bring on record an additional affidavit and notification dated 11.12.2020. [3] Mr. Anjan Prasad Sahu, learned counsel, adverted to proceedings made by this Court in the listing on 04.06.2026 more particularly 2(two) paragraphs thereat which read as follows: ‘A careful perusal of the impugned order brings to light that in WP(C) No. 53 of 2021, a Notification dated 11.12.2020 issued by the Director of Education (S), Manipur has been assailed. Mr. Anjan Prasad Sahu, learned counsel for writ appellants very fairly submits that this 11.12.2020 Notification impacts the 8 writ appellants before this Court also but this 11.12.2020 Notification is not before this Court. Page 3 of 3 Faced with the above situation, Mr. Anjan Prasad Sahu, learned counsel for writ appellants sought time to produce the afore-referred 11.12.2020 Notification. We make it clear that State Counsel Mr. Y. Robert shall also assist the Court by producing this Notification in the next listing.’ [4] Learned counsel for MC applicants submitted that captioned MC has been filed now pursuant to what unfurled in the hearing on 04.06.2026. [5] Mr. S. Nepolean, learned Senior Advocate, on instructions, submits that he is not opposing the captioned MC, State would not be filing an affidavit- in-opposition and he has no objection to the prayer in captioned MC being acceded to. [6] In the light of the fair stand taken by learned senior counsel for State, this Court need not be detained further by this matter. It will suffice to write that as regards the additional affidavit and notification which is being brought on record all rights and contentions of both sides on merits stand preserved and this order will neither impede nor impel any submissions on merits. [7] Captioned MC allowed/ordered as prayed for albeit with afore- referred observations. There shall be no order as to costs.
