Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the Respondents, more particularly Respondents 1 to 5, in not taking any action on the representation dated 30-03-2026 submitted by the Petitioner and in permitting and/or failing to prevent illegal issuance of No Objection Certificates, fraudulent registrations, unlawful mutations in revenue records and unauthorized constructions over the notified Waqf lands attached to Sunni Qilla Mosque, Kadapa, covered under A.P.Gazette Notification No. 13, Serial No.45, dated 26-03-1964, comprising Sy.Nos.288 (Ac.2.11), 289 (Ac.0.31), 290 (Ac.0.50) and 312 (Ac.0.78) situated in Kadapa Mandal, as being illegal, arbitrary, violative of Articles 14 and 25 of the Constitution of India and contrary to the provisions of the Waqf Act, 1995, and consequently direct the Respondents to forthwith prohibit all registrations and transactions in respect of the said lands, cancel all illegal NOCs, registrations and mutations, remove encroachments, restore the subject properties to the control and possession of the A.P. State Waqf Board, initiate stringent civil and criminal action against the persons responsible for such illegalities, and pass

ORDER:
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to file a fresh writ petition. Learned counsel endorsed the same on the bundle.
2. Permission is accorded.
3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any shall stand closed.
