Heard Mr. R. A. Mazumder learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Ms. D. D. Barman, learned Government Advocate appears for the Respondents, Mrs. S. Sharma, learned Standing Counsel, Health.
2. The petitioner is aggrieved that the directions contained in the order dated 05.04.2018 passed in WP(C) No. 7949/2016 has not been complied with.
3. By order dated 05.04.2018, passed in WP(C) No. 7949/2016, the following directions has been issued:
“4. Considering the limited prayer involved in the present writ petition and as consented to by the parties, this writ petition is

disposed of with a direction to the newly impleaded respondent No. 5 to place the case of the petitioner before the State Level Committee in its next immediate seating, if not already placed.
5. With the above observations and directions, this writ petition is
disposed of.”
4. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in the earlier writ petition, the Respondent No. 5 was directed to place the case of the petitioner before the State Level Committee, which was not carried out. Thereafter, no contempt petition has also been filed.
5. Since there is already a directions issued by the Court, no further directions is called for.
6. Nevertheless, this present writ petition stands disposed of, directing the Respondent No. 3 to carry out this order, if not already considered, within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of certified copies of this order.
7. Accordingly, in terms of the above this writ petition stands disposed of.
