The present writ petition is filed, aggrieved by the proposed action of respondent authorities in trying to demolish the petitioner’s property without following the due process of law. 2. This Court, by order dated 08.04.2019 granted interim direction as prayed for. Thereafter, the matter was listed today. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri P.Vengala Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.3, submits that the writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the interim order passed by this Court. He further submits that, in the event any further action is required to be taken against the petitioner's property, the respondents shall strictly follow the due process of law. 4. Recording the said submission, the present writ petition is disposed of, leaving it open to the respondent authorities to proceed against the petitioner's property, if required, only by following the due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.
