The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with of Anticipatory Bail from this Hon'ble Court as he is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jagarnathpur Case No.-368 of 2023, for the offences under Sections 304(B)/34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, pending in the Court of Learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submit that the petitioner happened to be the husband of the deceased. He next submits that deceased/wife was suffering from some ailments and she was treated in hospital and in course of the treatment, she left for her heavenly aboard on 23/02/2023, wherein the FIR has been lodged on 11/08/2023. He also submits that in her lifetime, the wife has not made any complaint against the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the petitioner happened to be the husband of the deceased. 2026:JHHC:2727 2 5. Considering that the death occurred in the hospital on 23/02/2023 wherein the FIR has been lodged on 11/08/2023, it has been pointed out that that the deceased was being treated in the hospital for certain ailments, in that view of the matter, the petitioner above named is directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks and the learned Court shall release the petitioner on such terms and condition or sureties, the learned Court may deem fit and proper.
