Heard the parties. 2. It is the grievance of the petitioner that neither the rent is being accepted nor the rent receipts have been issued to the petitioner by the respondents in respect of the land which the petitioner is holding. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had earlier filed a representation before the respondents but the respondents have not passed any order. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that if the petitioner files a fresh representation before the Circle Officer, Balumath-respondent No.4, his grievance would be considered. 5. Considering the said submission, I direct the petitioner to file a representation within a period of four weeks from today, before the respondent No.4, Circle Officer, Balumath, who will consider his representation, considering the documents and the land records and will pass an appropriate order within six weeks. 6. If it is found that the rent has to be accepted from the petitioner, as per the records, the same will be accepted and the receipt would be granted within two weeks thereafter and if any adverse order is passed against the petitioner, the same will also be communicated to the petitioner along with the reasons thereof 2026:JHHC:7461 2 within the said period. 7.
