The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Lawalong P.S. Case No.53 of 2025, registered for the offence under Section 309(6) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the Court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. He further submits that the name of the petitioner has come on confessional statement. He then submits that the allegations are there of recovery of cash amount, however, the amount is not disclosed in the FIR. He next submits that the petitioner is in custody since 07.08.2025. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the petitioner was accomplice of the persons, who have stopped the tempo and looted cash. 5. Considering that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and the name of the petitioner has come on the confessional statement and how much ( 2026:JHHC:979 ) -2- B.A. No. 11296 of 2025 amount has been recovered, that is not disclosed in the FIR and the petitioner is in custody since 07.08.2025 and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra in connection with Lawalong P.S.
