Mr. A.M.Barbhuiya, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to approach the appropriate authority for consideration of his grievance, as regards subscription of NPS, as the petitioner’s service has been provincialised in the year 2021 and having realised that the petitioner has not approached the concerned authority. Mr. S. Bhuyan, learned Standing Counsel, Higher Education Department , Mr. B. Sharma, learned Standing Counsel, Accountant General, Ms. K. Phukan, learned State Counsel and Mr. B. Gogoi, learned Standing Counsel, Finance Department are present. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed on withdrawal with liberty as prayed for.
