ORDER:
The present Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“…to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in issuing notice in B2/COE-12023(34)/20/2021 dated 29.05.2026 and consequential notice of the 4th respondent in Rc.No.05/2026 dated 22.06.2026 in issuing notice for cancelling the lease granted to the petitioner by the 2nd respondent vide proceedings in D.Dis.No.B2/COE- 12023(34)/20/2021 dated 04.01.2022 for the lease of vacant site admeasuring Ac.1.01 cents in Sy.No.189/2 situated at Lankelapalem Village, Parawada Mandal, Visakhapatnam District to the petitioner as bad, illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction, contrary to the principles of natural justice, violative of Fundamental Rights guaranteed under Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently set aside the impugned notices dated 29.05.2026 and 22.06.2026 and pass such other order or orders.…”

The petitioner herein filed is O.A.No.2 of 2025 before the Andhra Pradesh Endowments Tribunal, Amaravathi, seeking to declare the property in Sy.No.189/2 situated at Lankelapalem Village, Parawada Mandal, Visakhapatnam District, as private property. While O.A., is pending before the Tribunal, it appears that the respondents have issued notices dated 29.05.2026 and 22.06.2026, cancelling the lease granted in favour of the petitioner. Challenging the said notices, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner herein filed an Interlocutory Application vide CFR.No.1339/2026 in O.A. seeking stay of cancelation of the lease deed and it would suffice if this Court disposed of the Writ Petition directing the Tribunal to number and dispose of the Interlocutory Application filed in O.A.
5. Acceding to the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the Tribunal to dispose of the Interlocutory Application vide CFR.No.1339/2026 in O.A.No.2 of 2025, in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, Interlocutory Applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
