This is an application for modification/correction of the order dated 21.04.2026 passed in ABLAPL No.2329 of 2026. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in paragraph-4 of the order dated 21.04.2026 the petitioner has been granted liberty to surrender before the court below on or before 05.05.2026, but now the case is pending in the court of learned SDJM, Talcher and trial has not yet commenced. In that view of the matter, he seeks modification of the order dated 21.04.2026. 3. For the reasons stated in the application the same is allowed. Paragraph-4 of the order dated 21.04.2026 is modified to the extent that the petitioner is at liberty to surrender before the court below/ SDJM, Talcher on or before 25.05.2026 and resort to the remedy available to him under the law. Rest part of the order shall remain same. Needless to say that the bail application of the petitioner shall be disposed of by the courts below on the same day. 4.
