This is an application filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, in respect of Special (N) Case No.03/2026, pending in the Court of the learned Special Judge, Bijni, Corresponding to Bijni P.S. Case No.14/2026, under Sections 22(C)/25/29 of the NDPS Act, 1985. 3. The petitioner, Abdul Rouf @ Abdur Rouf has been shown as an absconder in the Charge-Sheet. The Trial Court has issued summons to him. He now apprehends that since he has been shown as an absconder the Charge-Sheet he will be remanded to custody, if he appears before the Court below. 4. The petitioner now submits that he is interested in facing the trial and, therefore, he should be given adequate opportunity to that effect. 5. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel of both sides. 6. This Court is of the opinion that since the petitioner is interested in facing the trial he deserves to be given an adequate opportunity to that effect. Therefore, his application is allowed. 7. The petitioner, Abdul Rouf @ Abdur Rouf is directed to appear before the Court of the learned Special Judge, Bijni in connection with the Special (N) Case No.03/2026 within a period of 15 (fifteen) days from today and on his appearance he shall be allowed to go on bail of Rs.25,000/- with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Bijni. 8. The petitioner is directed to regularly appear before the Trial Court on each and every date of hearing. If he fails to do so, the Trial Court shall have the liberty to procure his attendance by due process of law. Page No.# 3/3 9.
