The instant writ application has been preferred by the petitioner praying therein for the following reliefs: (a) For issuance of an appropriate writ / order /direction upon the respondents to forthwith grant pay scale of Rs. 64,100/- at par with persons who are working, since 1985. (b) Further writ / order / direction to forthwith release the salary in the pay scale of Rs.64,100/- w.e.f. 01.01.2016. (c) Further writ / order / direction to grant pay scale of Rs. 64,100/- and release the consequential benefits. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant application may be disposed of by directing the respondents to dispose of the representation which is pending before the concerned respondent since long. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that since it is an old matter; as such, the petitioner may be directed to 2026:JHHC:2103 2 file a fresh representation along with necessary documents before the respondent No.3 so that his grievance may be ventilated. 5. Having regard to the aforesaid submissions and without going into the merits of the case, the instant writ application is hereby disposed of by directing the petitioner to file a fresh representation along with all necessary documents making the claim, what has been made in the instant writ application, before the 3rd Respondent within a period of four weeks. If any such representation is preferred before the 3rd respondent within the stipulated time, the same shall be disposed of by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law and applicable rules regulations within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of such representation and if the petitioner is found entitled for any benefit, the same shall be extended to the petitioner within a further period of 4 weeks. 6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the instant writ application stands disposed of. Pending I.A., if any, also stands closed. (Deepak Roshan, J.)
