The applicant who is in custody since 19.07.2022 has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No.06 of 2022 arising out Mandu (Kuju) P.S. Case No.161 of 2022, registered for the offence under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 20(b)(ii)(c), 25 and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Ramgarh. 3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant(s) that complete set of FIR along with its enclosure have been annexed with this bail application and there is no suppression on his/her part. 4. Innocence has been claimed by the learned counsel for the applicant and undertaking has been given for participation in the trial. It has been submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the applicant and he has falsely been implicated in this case. On the above basis, prayer for bail has been made. 5. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail and it has been submitted that commercial quantity of narcotics has been seized. Further, the prosecution evidence has already been completed. 6. Considering the recovery of the narcotics and the stage of the trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail.
