By way of filing this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks issuance of a direction to respondent No.2/Collector, District Balrampur-Ramanujganj to decide the representation dated 03.12.2024 (Annexure-P/3) filed by the petitioner . 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the recorded owner of land bearing Khasra No.402, 427 and 432/1 area 0.32, 029 and 0.10 hectares respectively situated at village Bhanoura, Tahsil Ramanujganj, Distt. Balrampur-Ramanujganj (CG). He further submits that the petitioner filed BINI PRADEEP Digitally signed by BINI PRADEEP Date: 2026.03.19 10:23:34 +0530 2 application for demarcation of the aforesaid land, to which vide Annexure-P/2, Tahsildar, Balrampur has called report from concerned Revenue Inspector and Patwari, but till date no demarcation has been carried out. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner has filed application dated 03.12.2024 (Annexure-P/3) before the Collector, Balrampur Distt. Balrampur-Ramanujganj, but the same has not been decided yet. Hence, it is prayed that this petition may be disposed of directing respondent No.2 to decide aforesaid application of the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner is ready to file fresh representation for redressal of her grievance. 3. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to allow the aforesaid limited prayer of the petitioner. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 5. Having considered the contention of learned counsel for the parties and also considering the limited prayer of the petitioner, this petition is disposed of at this stage, directing respondent No.2/The Collector, District Balrampur- Ramanujganj to decide the representation dated 03.12.2024 (Annexure-P/3) filed by the petitioner. The petitioner may also file fresh representation along with Annexure-P/3 and a copy of this order before the Collector. It is further observed that the representation of the petitioner may be decided expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
