Learned State counsel submits that the order of suspension dated 18.03.2026 (Annexure P-3) has been revoked vide order dated 04.05.2026 passed by respondent No.3 and as a consequence of this, ration depot licence granted to the petitioner has been restored subject to decision of the inquiry which is pending. The abovesaid order dated 04.05.2026 is taken on record as Mark ‘X’.
