Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to approach Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal, by way of filing the appeal.

4. In case, the appeal is filed by the petitioner within a period of seven days along with stay application then the Tribunal shall hear and decide the stay application within a period of fifteen days.
