Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) Learned Additional Advocate General has produced a communication dated 21.05.2026 issued by Director, Directorate of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, and a copy of office order dated 18.05.2026, passed by Deputy Director School Education (Elem), District Sirmaur at Nahan (HP). The same are taken on record. 2. A perusal of the office order dated 18.05.2026 reveals that the petitioners have been allowed higher pay stage of ₹40,100/- after two years of regular service, subject to final outcome of LPA filed in CWP No.4830 of 2023, titled, Inder Singh and any other legal remedies. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 24.12.2025, passed by this Court in CWP No.20444 of 2025, titled, Manju Rani and Anr vs. State of H.P. and Ors. along with connected matters, has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is closed. However, it is made clear that in case the consequential benefits are not released in favour of the petitioners, within eight weeks from today, in terms of the directions given by this Court in aforementioned judgment, which is sought to be executed, the petitioners shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition. 4.
