Petitioner has filed this petition seeking following relief (s) :- “ 10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ/writs direction/directions, order/orders and an order may kindly be passed directing the concerned respondents authorities to decide the representation submitted by the petitioner for his reinstatement in service with all the consequential benefits after petitioner being Honorable acquitted as per the judgment passed in CRA No. 542/2022, within a stipulated period of 30 days, in the interest of justice. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief(s), which is deemed fit and proper in the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that pursuant to the conviction of petitioner in criminal case he was dismissed from his service. He submits that in an appeal filed by petitioner before the High Court, petitioner was acquitted from the charges leveled against him. He also submits that after acquittal from the criminal case, petitioner submitted representation before respondent no. 2 and 3 for reinstatement in service, however, till date the concerned authorities have not considered and taken decision on the representation, therefore, direction be issued to respondent no. 2 and 3 to consider and take decision on pending representation at the earliest. He lastly submits that petitioner may also be permitted to submit a fresh comprehensive representation before the concerned authority and in turn direction be issued to concerned authority to consider and take decision on the 3 representation to be submitted by petitioner along with pending representation, within stipulated time frame. 3. Learned State counsel submits that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, he is having no objection. 4. On due consideration of the submission made by learned counsel for the respective parties, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage permitting petitioner to submit fresh comprehensive representation before the concerned authority i.e. respondent no. 3 and 4 along with all the supporting documents and in the event petitioner submit such representation, it shall be considered and decided by respondent no. 3 and 4, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 03 months from the date of receipt of the Order. 5.
