An order passed under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure is appealable under Order 43 Rule 1(r) of the Code. The revisional application is, therefore, not maintainable. The same is not fit to be entertained. 3. The petitioners shall be at liberty to take back the certified copy of the order impugned and take appropriate steps, in accordance with law. 4.
