JUDGMENT:
This Criminal Revision Case has been filed by the petitioner seeking to call for records in CC. No. 528 of 2022 on the file of learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tadepalligudem in FIR No. 90 of 2022 on the file of Tadepalligudem Town P.S., West Godavari District and Set aside the endorsement/order dated 22.01.2026, refusing the certified copies and direct the Trial Court to forthwith issue certified copies of all orders and petitions applied for by the petitioner.
2. Heard Sri B.Abhay Siddhanth Mootha, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mrs.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing on behalf of the State.
3. During the course of hearing in this matter, learned counsel for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that despite their request by filing a memo in the office of the I Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tadepalligudem, on 06.04.2026, seeking to call the matter on Bench, that was no taken up by the Court till this date. The said memo is in S.R.No.2305 of 2026. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders by giving necessary directions to the learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-Judicial

Magistrate of First Class, Tadepalligudem, to take up their matter on judicial side.
4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
5. Considering the submissions made, the Criminal Revision Case is
disposed of. However, the learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tadepalligudem, is directed to look into the issue and verify the reasons for which the matter is pending in the office and has not been listed on the judicial side. The learned Judge is further directed to take an appropriate decision in the matter after hearing all the parties on the judicial side. The Registry is directed to communicate this judgment forthwith.
