During the course of hearing in this matter, learned counsel for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that despite their request by filing a memo in the office of the I Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tadepalligudem, on 06.04.2026, seeking to call the matter on Bench, that was no taken up by the Court till this date. The said memo is in S.R.No.2305 of 2026. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders by giving necessary directions to the learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-Judicial 5 Magistrate of First Class, Tadepalligudem, to take up their matter on judicial side. 4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. Considering the submissions made, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of.
