When the matter was taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the respondent has already taken another person's complaint and First Information Report has filed in Crime No.13 of 2026 on the file of the Karaikudi South Police Station. 3. In view of the aforesaid submission, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to assist the investigation by granting subsequent documents which he is in possession.
