He further submits that he does not want to press the criminal miscellaneous bail application at this stage and makes a request to direct the Trial Court to expedite the trial. In view of the above, the same is dismissed as not pressed. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of. However, the Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
