When the matter was taken up on 14.08.2026, none appeared for the petitioner and the matter was adjourned to 17.08.2026. None appeared even today when the matter is taken up. Since the petitioner did not evince any interest to prosecute this matter, this Court is not inclined to adjourn the matter any further. 2. Even on merits, learned Standing Counsel appearing for APEPDCL submits that, pending writ petition, the petitioner paid the entire amount due to the respondent. 3. In view of the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, no further orders are needed to be passed in this writ petition. 4. Accordingly, writ petition is closed. No costs. 5.
