This Civil Revision Petition, has been registered on filing of an application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, by the petitioners impugning the order dated 21.02.2026, passed by the Court of learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Jorhat, in Misc.(J) Case No. 50/2024, arising out of Title Suit No. 21/2016, whereby an application filed by the present petitioners praying for impleading one Sardar Sukhraj Singh in the aforesaid suit was rejected. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that though the petitioners are aggrieved by the impugned order, however, they are apprehensive about the impact of observations made by the trial court while rejecting their application in the impugned order which may have a bearing on final decision of the title suit. He submits that while disposing of the application filed by the present petitioners for impleading Sardar Sukhraj Singh in Paragraph No. 10 onwards of the impugned judgment, the Court has made certain observation as regards which may have a bearing on the merit of the case though, the trial has not yet been commenced and issues are yet to be framed. 4. He submits that the grievance of the petitioners may be addressed by making an observation that the observations made by the trial court in the impugned order may not have a bearing on the final outcome of the trial. 5. I have gone through the impugned order as well as other documents annexed along with the revision petition. 6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court is of the considered opinion that ends of justice would be served if a direction is given to the trial court not to be influenced by its observations made in the impugned order while deciding the title suit and same Page No.# 4/4 shall be decided on its own merit.
