This anticipatory bail application has been preferred by the petitioner namely, Chaitannya Borah @ Latu Borah under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, with a prayer to enlarge him on pre- arrest bail in connection with PRC Case No. 105/ 2026 ( arising out of Panigaon P.S. Case No. 83/2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1110/2025) registered under Sections 329(4)/ 75(2) of the BNS, 2023. 3. The allegation made in the FIR against the petitioner is that the accused person entered into the house of the victim, who is widow and touched her private parts including her breast. 4. T.C.R. as called for has been received. The case is already culminated in the charge sheet and it appears that the petitioner had cooperated with the investigation of the case and he was not arrested earlier. 5. Having regard to the above and the fact that the investigation is already over, it may not be necessary to take the petitioner into custody at this stage. In view of the above, prayer for pre-arrest bail is allowed. 6. It is directed that the petitioner above named be released on bail in the event of his arrest in connection with the aforementioned case, on furnishing a bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) only with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting authority/Court. 7. (a) It is provided that the petitioner shall appear before the Court on 04.07.2026 where the case is pending, (b) It is further provided that the petitioner shall participate in the trial as and when trial commences and he shall not try to intimidate or influence any persons/ witnesses, or the victim acquainted with the facts of this case, in any Page No.# 3/3 manner 8.
