Learned counsel appearing for both the parties jointly submitted that the issue involved in this writ petition has already been adjudicated earlier by this Court vide order dated 25.08.2025 passed in the case of Santosh Kumar Verma Vs. The State of Rajasthan & Ors. (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.12601/2025), wherein following directions were given:- "7. The respondents are directed to reconsider the candidature of the petitioner by ignoring the objection raised in the aforesaid order dated 15.09.2023 and in case the petitioners are otherwise eligible and entitled, and his name finds [2026:RJ-JP:22474] (2 of 2) [CW-7975/2026] suitable place in the merit list, appointment be given to his on the post of Teacher Grade-III Level IInd subject-English pursuant to advertisement dated 16.12.2022." 2. In view of the consensus arrived at between learned counsel for the parties, this Court deems it just and proper to dispose of this writ petition in the same terms and with the same directions as earlier given by this Court in the case of Santosh Kumar Verma (supra). 3.
