The matter has been committed to the Court of Session and the charge is framed in the case at hand against accused Nos.1 to 5. The petitioner is accused No.1. The order of framing of charge reads as follows: “Accused No.1 to 5 are present. Since there is sufficient material to frame charges against accused, charges framed read over and explained to the accused in the language known to them.
