On instructions, it is submitted that order passed by Writ Court in WPMS No.1807 of 2026 (Ranipur Private Industrial Training Institute vs. Union of India & others) has been complied with. Out of six students, four students came to the College and participated in the practical examination. So far as the other two students are concerned, since they could not appear in the practical examination, arrangements have been made for them to participate in the supplementary practical examination as and when UKHC010112832026 2026:UHC:6167 such examination is held. Thus, he submits that the order has already been complied with. 5. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners does not dispute the said contention raised on behalf of the respondents-contemnors.
