This I.A. has been preferred for alteration of the order dated 29.01.2026, passed in Crl. Petition No. 632/2025 by this Court. 3. By the aforesaid order, it was directed that the petitioner shall pay the arrear amount of Rs. 4,80,000/- which was said to be due as on date in 12th monthly installments to the respondent No. 2 commencing from February, 2026. 4. It has been stated in the instant I.A. that the actual amount comes to Rs. 2,70,000/-. 5. It is submitted on behalf of both the parties that this application may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Family Court No. 1, Kamrup (Metro), Page No.# 3/3 Guwahati to come to the correct figure after appropriate calculation of the arrear amount due to the respondent No. 2. 6. Accordingly, this I.A. is disposed of with a direction to the learned Family Court No. 1, Kamrup (Metro), Guwahati to recalculate the amount due to the respondent No. 2 as on the date of order dated 29.01.2026, passed in Crl. Petition No. 632/2025 and upon such determination, the petitioner shall pay the said amount determined to be due as arrear amount by the learned Court below in 12th monthly installments commencing from February, 2026. 7.
