Instant petition under Section 482 BNSS is filed seeking pre-arrest bail of the petitioner in connection with Chitrakonda P.S. Case No.0096 of 2025 corresponding to Special G.R. Case No.75 of 2025 pending in the file of learned District & Sessions Judge, Malkangiri on the grounds stated. 3. In fact, commercial quantity of Ganja is recovered and seized, as revealed from the FIR. Mr. Panda, learned ASC for the State submits that the petitioner has two other similar antecedents. Recording the submissions of learned counsel for the respective parties, this Court is not inclined to consider the pre-arrest bail of the petitioner, who is at liberty to surrender before the learned court below seeking regular bail. 4. Accordingly, it is ordered. 5. In the result, the ABLAPL is disposed of with the direction as aforesaid. It is further directed that in the event, the petitioner surrenders within a period of fifteen days from today before the learned District & Sessions Judge, Malkangiri in connection with Chitrakonda P.S. Case No.0096 of 2025 corresponding to Special G.R. Case No.75 of 2025 and moves an application for regular bail, it shall be duly considered and disposed of on merit. 6.
