Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed an appeal before the 2nd - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:12515 WP No. 33840 of 2025 respondent - Deputy Commissioner, Bangalore Urban District in LND 1/2013-14 being aggrieved of the order dated 30.11.1990 passed in case No.LRF (83) 431/1990- 91 passed by the Assistant Commissioner, Bangalore North Taluk. However, the 2nd respondent - Deputy Commissioner has not disposed of the appeal and therefore the prayer in this petition is to issue necessary directions to the Deputy Commissioner to dispose of the appeal within a time frame. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Deputy Commissioner has not been able to take up the appeal for many years now. Therefore, it has become inevitable for the petitioner to approach this court seeking necessary directions to the Deputy Commissioner. 3. Having regard to the innocuous prayer made by the petitioner, the petition stands disposed of with a specific direction to the 2nd respondent - Deputy Commissioner, Bangalore Urban District to consider and dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner in Appeal - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:12515 WP No. 33840 of 2025 No.LND.1/2013-14 as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
