By way of this application, the applicant is seeking impleadment of (i) the Director General, ITBP, Delhi Headquarter, Block No. 2, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110003, (ii) the Inspector General North-East Frontier Headquarters, ITBP, Itanagar, P.O.-Khating Hill, District- Papumpare, Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh- 791111 and (iii) the Inspector General of Command Office, ITBP Eastern Command, A- 14, 6th Floor, Game Village, Guwahati, as respondent Nos. 6, 7 and 8 respectively in the connected WP(C) No. 7425/2025.
