Pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 24.03.2026, Sri Kartikeya Saran, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Sri D.P. Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, placed personal affidavit of Additional Director General of Police P.A.C. Head Quarter U.P. Lucknow/respondent No.2, the same is taken on record. 2. It is stated in the aforesaid affidavit that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, notice was issued to the petitioner on 30.03.2026 on which reply/representation has been submitted by the petitioner on 10.04.2026. It is further stated that after considering the same, the claim of the petitioner has been rejected by the respondent No.2 vide order dated 16.04.2026, copy of the same is appended at Page 32 of affidavit. 3. After going through the same, a prayer has been made by learned counsel for the petitioner to dismiss the present petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 16.04.2026 passed by the respondent No.2 before appropriate forum. 4.
