This petition is filed to reopen the writ petition on the premise that when this Court disposed the writ petition on 06.09.2024 has granted liberty to the petitioner herein to file an application for reopening the writ petition, if no action is taken within a period of twelve weeks to remove the encroachment. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly concedes that the encroacher has approached the Government for regularizing the encroachment and the same is pending. 3.In such circumstances, in our view, the application to reopen the writ petition is premature. Hence, this petition is dismissed for the present.
