Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to pay to the petitioner without any further delay, the outstanding amount with interest and carrying charges being in respect to the outstanding dues of Jaspur and Kashipur Mills and delayed lifting of the goods taken for Jaspur and Kashipur Mills, which mills have been taken over by the respondents with all assets and liabilities.” 5. The relief sought can only be claimed in a money recovery suit filed before a competent court. 6. This Court is, therefore not inclined to entertain the writ petition. 7. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to approach the appropriate forum.
