That application was reportedly made on 09.07.2026. 5. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that District Magistrate be asked to take decision on petitioner’s application. 6. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with a direction to District Magistrate to take decision on petitioner’s application, one way or the other, within four weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order. It goes without saying that District Magistrate shall also hear the other side before taking any decision. District Magistrate shall also consider the prayer of petitioner for suspending the order dated 13.05.2026, till final decision in the matter.
