ORDER:
The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to quash C.C.No.649 of 2017 on the file of Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Amalapuram, East Godavari District.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel Ms.G. Gnana Deepika, representing Sri.T.V.Jaggi Reddy,
learned counsel for the petitioner on record, sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition.
3. Permission is granted.
4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
5. No order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
