Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents passed on the written instructions signed by the Child Development Project Officer vide Letter in Rc.No.59/2026, dated 07.08.2026, wherein it is stated that one Smt. R. Sugasini was selected as she had secured 62 marks i.e., one mark more than the Petitioner and was accordingly selected. 3. Considering the same, the written instructions are placed on record and the Writ Petition is dismissed. 4. No order as to costs. 5.
