The petitioners have preferred this bail application under Section 483 of BNSS in FIR No.295/2025 registered at Police Station Civil Lines, District Ajmer for offences under Section 303(2) of BNS, 2023. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He again submits that the allegations levelled against the petitioners are that they stole the ornaments from the rack of a bus. He further submits that the co-accused Akbar Ahmed and Gaurav Kumar [2026:RJ-JP:10011] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-2824/2026] have been released on bail by the trial Court vide order dated 29.01.2026. The case of the petitioners are akin to them. Petitioners are behind the bars since 10.01.2026 with criminal past of one case against Anand and two cases against Vipin. The trial of the case will take considerable time, therefore, no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioners in further custody and on the ground of parity with other co-accused, consequently the bail application deserves to be allowed. 4. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application. 5. On consideration of the rival submissions and material available on record and in light of submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners but without expressing any opinion on merits/demerits of the case, I am inclined to grant benefit of bail to the petitioners. 6. Consequently, the bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. is allowed and it is directed that the petitioners Anand Kumar Alias Bittu S/o Shri Mahendra Singh & Vipin Kumar S/o Shri Omkar Singh, shall be released on bail on their furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court for their appearance before the Court on all the dates till conclusion of the trial.
