The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayer:- “In the circumstances stated above, it is humbly prayed that this Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit this writ application, issue notices to the Opposite Parties to show cause as to why the relief prayed for shall not be granted and if the Opposite Parties fail to show cause or show insufficient cause then be gracious enough to issue a writ/writs by quashing the notices dated 04.02.2026 issued by the Opposite Party No.3 in Demarcation Case No.28 of 2024 under Annexure-1 and the proceedings arising out of the same; And pass such other order/orders, writ/writs as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case to meet the ends of justice; And for this act of kindness the petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray.” 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that seeking appropriate order of injunction/prohibition, the petitioner as Plaintiff in C.S. No.37 of 2026 pending before the Court of learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division), Soro has moved appropriate application. No order has been passed as yet in such application. His grievance is that the Tahasildar is proceeding with the demarcation case over the self-same land. 4. Since a civil suit is pending wherein an application for injunction has been moved, it would be better to wait for passing of order either way by the civil Court. 5. The writ application is therefore, disposed of directing the Tahasildar, Soro to grant at least four weeks’ time to the petitioner to obtain appropriate orders from the civil Court in the pending suit.
