In the order dated 30.01.2026, inadvertently the reference which has been made to “Serampore Police Station” is incorrect and the reference should be
“Sheoraphuli GRPS/Sheoraphuli TOP”. Accordingly, the petitioner instead of meeting with the Investigating Officer of Serampore Police Station once in a month, the petitioner will make himself available as and when called for by the Investigating Officer, but will once in a month attend the Sheoraphuli TOP and obtain an acknowledgement from any officer deputed by the Officer-in- Charge of the concerned police station.
2 Department shall make necessary correction in the order dated 30.01.2026. Let this order be treated as part and parcel of the order dated 30.01.2026. All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
