(2) By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following reliefs: “i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned reciprocal agreement dated 14-11-2018 passed by respondents (contained as Annexure no. 3 to this writ petition). ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned notification/advertisement dated notification/advertisement dated 13-12-2019 issued by respondents contained as Annexure no. 4 to this writ petition).” (3) After arguing for a while, learned Counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer and submits that Secretary, State Transport Authority, Lucknow be directed to take decision on the recommendatory letter, issued by Secretary, State Transport Authority on 9.1.2020. (4) Learned State Counsel submits UKHC010011542020 2026:UHC:6188 that he has no objection if the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the prayer made by petitioner’s Counsel. (5) Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with a direction to Secretary, State Transport Authority, U.P., Lucknow to take decision on the letter issued by State Transport Authority, Uttarakhand on 9.1.2020, as per law, within ten weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
