By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought a direction to the concerned authority to issue mark sheet for 4th Semester D.El.Ed examination to the petitioner. 3. Learned State Counsel submits that mark sheet for 4th Semester D.El.Ed examination was issued to the petitioner. He thus submits that the relief as claimed do not survive. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Diploma of D.El.Ed has not been awarded to the petitioner so far. 5. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to approach competent UKHC010002582020 2026:UHC:6197 authority for award of Diploma. If he makes representation within 10 days, decision thereupon shall be taken by the competent authority, as per law, within six weeks thereafter.
