JUSTICE ANAND SHARMA Order 26/05/2026 1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in identical writ petition filed by the Kulvindra Singh Vs. RSRTC & Ors. in S.B. CWP No. 15367/2022, Co-ordinate Bench of this Court has held that the penalty has wrongly been inflicted upon the employees, whereas generation of revenue is dependent upon series of factors for which the conductors cannot be held responsible. 2. Learned counsel at the outset, submitted that petitioner may be given liberty to file representation before the Competent Authority, who may also be directed to decide the representation [2026:RJ-JP:22341] (2 of 2) [CW-9358/2026] in a time bound manner within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 3. In view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court deems it just and proper to dispose of this writ petition granting liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation before the Competent Authority, which shall consider the representation objectively and shall decide the same by a reasoned and speaking order strictly in accordance with law within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of representation along with certified copy of this order. 4.
