Page No.# 2/2 This is an application filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 by the petitioners, namely, (1) Sahjamal Khan and (2) Sanidul Mandal praying for pre-arrest bail in connection with Gouripur P.S. Case No. 103/2026. One Sri Tarak Nath Roy is the owner of a Toyota Rumion bearing Registration No. AS-01 FY 2560. The deceased Aminur Islam is the driver of the said vehicle. The aforesaid vehicle has been given on rent to different persons. The petitioners had hired the aforesaid vehicle and, thereafter, had killed the driver by strangulating his neck. The deadbody was moved to a jungle nearby. Some other persons were also involved in the aforesaid act. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for both the sides. Under the given circumstances, the petitioners do not deserve to be given the privilege of anticipatory bail. Therefore, their prayer for pre-arrest bail is rejected.
